AI for company email and calendar
Ask your AI about your mail and calendar. You stay in control.
AddSync connects the AI your team already uses, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to Exchange, Microsoft 365, Gmail and more. It finds, reads and drafts. Your people click Send and Approve.
Nothing is copied. Nothing is sent without your click.
Works with
- Exchange Server
- Microsoft 365
- Outlook.com
- Gmail
- HCL Domino
- Zoom
- WebDAV
Sound familiar?
Your people already use AI. You can't see it.
- Your people already paste company mail into chatbots. You have no log and no say.
- You want AI for your team, but not a tool that reads everything and sends on its own.
- Your mail is on Exchange Server, and the big AI assistants are built for the cloud.
- Your auditor asks who used AI on which mailbox. Today you cannot answer.
How AddSync AI works: ask, check, look, decide
Your person asks a question. AddSync checks the rules, the AI reads only the mail it needs, and you decide what happens next.
- 1
You ask
In Claude, in ChatGPT or in the chat inside AddSync.
- 2
AddSync checks
Your rules decide before the AI sees any mail.
- 3
The AI looks
Search, show, save a draft, propose. No send, no delete, no move.
- 4
You decide
A draft waits in your Outlook. You read it and press Send.
What AI can and cannot do in your mailbox
The AI gets a short list of buttons. Nothing outside the list exists for it.
It can
- ✓Search your mail and calendar
- ✓Show you a message or a meeting
- ✓Save a draft in your Outlook
- ✓Propose a time or a reply
It cannot
- ✕Send a message
- ✕Delete or move mail
- ✕Read a mailbox you did not enable
- ✕Act without your click

Smart tools with no idea of your rules, and no record of what they saw.
See the comparison →Copilot cannot read your mailboxes. We can.
Microsoft says it in its own documentation: Copilot is cloud based and has no access to on-premises mailboxes. If your mail lives on Exchange Server, your people get no AI from Microsoft, so they paste your mail into whatever they find.
AddSync AI works with Exchange Server 2016, 2019 and Subscription Edition, through one service user, your filter and your journal. Your mailboxes stay where they are.

Questions about AddSync AI
Does AddSync AI copy my mail?
No. The AI asks for a message when you ask a question, reads it for that answer and does not store it. AddSync keeps a journal of who asked, when and which button, without the text.
Does it work with Exchange Server on-premises?
Yes. Exchange Server in your own server room is the case we built it for. It works the same way with Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail and HCL Domino.
Can the AI send or delete email?
No. It can search, show, save a draft and propose. A draft waits in your Outlook until you open it and press Send yourself.
Which AI tools can I use, Claude or ChatGPT?
Both. You can connect the assistant your team already uses, or use the chat inside AddSync. AddSync works as the guard in front of either one.
How do I see who used AI on which mailbox?
Open the journal. Each line shows the person, the time and the button pressed. Your auditor gets an answer in minutes instead of a week of guessing.
How long does a pilot take?
The pilot runs for 14 days. You connect a few mailboxes, your people try real questions and you decide at the end whether to continue.
