Do I need a Copilot license?
No. AddSync AI works without Copilot. You can use both, and the AddSync rules apply to the assistants that go through AddSync.
Is my mail copied out of Microsoft 365?
No. The AI reads a message to answer a question and does not store it. The journal keeps who asked, when and which button, without the text.
Will my people need a new app?
No. They keep Outlook. They ask in Claude, ChatGPT or the AddSync chat, and drafts appear in their Drafts folder.
Can I switch AI off for one person?
Yes. You switch AI off for one person, for a group or for everyone, at any time.
