Pricing questions
How is AddSync priced?
Per account per month. You buy a number of accounts, and you add your people up to that number, one by one or by list import. Mail AI and Sync have separate plans.
What is the difference between Mail AI and Sync?
Mail AI lets your own AI tool work with your company mailbox and calendar, with your people approving every action. Sync keeps calendars, contacts and tasks in step between systems such as Exchange, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Apple Calendar and HCL Domino.
Is there a free trial?
Mail AI starts with a 14-day pilot. Sync starts with a trial. Ask us if you want to test both together.
What is the difference between Option A and Option B in Mail AI?
With Option A you use your own AI tool and account, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Codex. With Option B you work in a chat window inside AddSync, and the model runs in an EU region. Option B is part of the Gold plan.
Can I mix plans?
Yes. For example, you can run Mail AI Silver for one team and Sync Gold for another. Write to us and we set it up.
Can I switch between yearly and monthly billing?
Yearly billing has the lower price. Monthly billing gives you more flexibility. Write to us if you want to change.
Do the prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and shown without VAT or sales tax. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
What if I need more than these plans offer?
Write to us. We build offers for large numbers of accounts, special setups and mixed plans.
