AddSync AI: Claude and ChatGPT for your company mail

Your people ask a question in plain words. The AI finds the answer in their own mailbox and calendar. You decide who may use it, and you see every question in a log.

It works with Exchange Server in your own server room, with Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Gmail and HCL Domino. Nothing is copied to another place, and nothing is sent without a click.

What your people can ask

Most questions at work start with "where was that mail?" or "what did we promise?". AddSync AI answers them from the mailbox in front of it.

Find the invoice Liam sent in September.
What did I promise Olivia last week?
Summarize the thread about the Carter contract.
When are Emma and I both free on Thursday?
Draft a reply that confirms the new date.
Which mails from this client are still open?

Find in seconds

You stop scrolling through folders. The AI searches your mail and calendar and shows you the message, not a guess.

Plan with the calendar

It sees free time and proposes a slot. You pick the one you want, and the invitation goes out from your own Outlook.

Draft, then you decide

The AI writes a reply and saves it as a draft. It waits in your Outlook until you read it and press Send yourself.

Three things you control

AddSync does not replace your AI. It stands between the AI and your mail, and it follows your rules.

Guard

You choose who may ask

You enable AI person by person or by group. You set limits, such as how many mails one question may read, and a data filter for what the AI may see.

Tunnel

Your server stays where it is

The AI reaches your mail through an encrypted route that AddSync controls. Exchange Server in your own building needs no move to the cloud.

Journal

You see every question

Each line shows who asked, when and which button. When an auditor asks who used AI on which mailbox, you open the log.

The AI has four buttons: search, show, save draft and propose. It cannot send, delete or move mail. Read how a question travels.

Two ways to use AddSync AI

Use the assistant your team already knows, or start with the chat that is part of AddSync.

Option A

Your own AI

Your people keep using Claude or ChatGPT. AddSync connects it to their mailbox through the MCP standard.

  • Fits teams that already pay for an AI tool
  • Each person uses the app they know
  • AddSync guards every request
Option B

Chat inside AddSync

Your people open the chat in AddSync and ask there. The model runs in an EU region.

  • Nothing to install or buy separately
  • One place for setup, chat and log
  • Good for a pilot with a few mailboxes

Works with the mail you have

Many companies run more than one system. One part of the team uses Exchange Server, another Microsoft 365, and a few people use Gmail. AddSync AI covers them with one set of rules and one log.

Common questions

Do I need to move my mail to the cloud?

No. AddSync AI reaches the mail where it is. Exchange Server stays in your own server room.

Does the AI keep a copy of my mail?

No. It reads a message to answer your question and does not store it. The journal keeps who asked, when and which button, without the text.

Which plan do I need for the AI?

Start with the pilot. Prices for Option A and Option B are on the pricing page.

Can I stop at any time?

Yes. You switch AI off for one person, for a group or for everyone. The pilot lasts 14 days, and you decide at the end whether to continue.

Connect a few mailboxes, let your people ask real questions and watch the journal. Keep what helps. Switch off the rest.
