Put your Zoom meetings in every calendar

In short: a Zoom meeting link added in Outlook, or a meeting created in Zoom, appears in all calendars synced by AddSync. It works in either direction, so your colleagues in Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar or HCL Domino join from the entry they already have.

  • Colleagues in other systems ask for it in chat
  • People join late while they search

Zoom sync questions

How do Zoom meeting links get into my calendars?

A Zoom link you add in Outlook, or a meeting you create in Zoom, appears in all synced calendars. AddSync carries it in either direction.

Which calendars work with Zoom links?

Calendars you sync with AddSync, such as Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Outlook.com, Apple Calendar (iCloud) and HCL Domino. Ask us about your exact combination.

Does the link work in both directions?

Yes. A link added in Outlook shows in the other calendars, and a meeting created in Zoom shows in them too.

Do my colleagues in other systems need Outlook to join?

No. They open the meeting from the calendar they already use, because the link sits in their own calendar entry.

Do I need a Zoom account for every person?

Hosting a meeting needs access to Zoom. Ask us about your setup before you roll it out.

Can I choose the sync direction?

Yes. One way, the other way or both ways, set per source.

Is AddSync for private users?

No. AddSync is built for businesses and IT teams.
