CalendarBridge covers the cloud. Your Exchange Server is not in it.
CalendarBridge syncs Google, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com, and adds booking pages and a unified calendar. If your calendars live only in those, it is a good tool. Its own help page says anything not listed is not supported. If part of your company runs on Exchange Server or HCL Domino, that sentence is your problem.
Where the two really differ
Three things that decide whether it works for a company.
Systems
CalendarBridge's help page lists Google, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com for real-time sync, with iCloud as a target. AddSync Calendar adds Exchange Server 2016, 2019 and SE, HCL Domino, Zoom and CalDAV or WebDAV servers.
Data
AddSync Silver and Gold sync contacts and tasks where the system supports them. CalendarBridge describes event syncing.
Control
AddSync adds your people by list, uses one service user for Exchange, and lets you set the direction per source.
Side by side
What each vendor states publicly, checked in October 2026.
Who should pick which
It depends on what you run.
AddSync Calendar fits if you
- have Exchange Server or HCL Domino in the mix.
- need contacts and tasks, not only events.
- want a per-account price for a whole company.
- want the sync and nothing else to maintain.
CalendarBridge fits if you
- live in Google and Microsoft cloud calendars.
- also want booking pages and a unified calendar app.
- are an individual or small team.
- do not run on-premises systems.
Switching is four steps
Connect
Add Exchange, Microsoft 365, Google, iCloud, Domino or a CalDAV server.
Add people
One by one or from a list. They get an email invite and sign in once.
Choose direction
Per source: one way, the other way, or both ways.
Switch the old one off
Check a week of events, then cancel the old tool.
Questions
Does CalendarBridge support on-premises Exchange?
Its help page lists Exchange Online and Microsoft 365, and says anything not listed is not supported. On-premises Exchange Server is not listed. AddSync Calendar supports it from Silver.
Does AddSync have booking pages?
No. AddSync Calendar keeps your calendars in step. It is not a booking tool.
Where do the CalendarBridge facts come from?
From its public pricing page and help centre, checked in October 2026.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 14 days.
How is AddSync Calendar priced?
Per account. Basic $3, Silver $5, Gold $8 per account a month, billed yearly ($4, $6 and $10 billed monthly). See the pricing page.
Can I choose which way the data flows?
Yes. For each source you choose one way, the other way, or both ways.
Test it on your own calendars.
Start the 14-day trial, or tell us which systems you run and we will tell you what the sync covers, and what it does not.
