One calendar for every system your company uses
AddSync Sync keeps calendars, contacts and tasks in step between Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, Google, Apple, HCL Domino and Zoom. Nobody books twice, and nobody copies a meeting by hand.

You choose the direction
Set it for every source, and change it whenever you like.
One way
Keep one calendar as the master, and copy it to the other. Good for a read-only view.
The other way
Bring the second system into the first without changing it.
Both ways
Add or change a meeting in either place and both agree. Good for teams that work in two systems.
Common situations
Where companies use Sync most.
Hybrid mail
Mailboxes on your servers and in the cloud, with one view of every calendar.
A move away from Domino
Keep people productive while the company moves in stages. See Domino.
Two clouds after a merger
Colleagues in two companies see each other as free or busy.
One day, two calendars
Private appointments sit next to work meetings, in the direction you choose.

Sync is an add-on to AddSync AI

Same systems. One administrator. One place to set the rules.
Sync questions
Which systems can AddSync Sync connect?
Exchange Server 2016, 2019 and Subscription Edition, Microsoft 365, Outlook.com, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar (iCloud), HCL Domino, Zoom and CalDAV or WebDAV calendar servers. You can connect any of them with any other.
What does Sync copy between systems?
Calendar events for every system. Contacts and tasks where both systems support them, for example Exchange Server and HCL Domino. iCloud tasks are not supported, and CalDAV covers calendars only.
Can I choose which way data flows?
Yes. For every source you choose one way, the other way or both ways.
Do I need mailbox passwords?
No. For Exchange Server, one dedicated service user with limited permissions is enough, so nobody shares mailbox passwords. Other systems sign in with the person own account after an email invite.
How do my people get started?
Your administrator adds them one by one or from a list, up to the number of licenses. They get an email invite and sign in once.
Is Sync for private users?
No. AddSync is built for businesses and IT teams.
Can I use Sync together with AddSync AI?
Yes. Sync is an add-on to AddSync AI, and both work with the same systems.
Try AddSync Sync with two of your systems
Connect two calendars and see them agree. Switch it off any time.
