Why we built it like this
Because an assistant that can send mail will, sooner or later, send the wrong one.
Mistakes stay small
A wrong draft costs a click on Discard. A wrong sent mail costs a customer.

Can an administrator allow sending?
No. Sending is not part of what the AI can do.
Where do drafts appear?
In your Drafts folder in your normal mail program.
Does the draft sound like me?
You edit it before sending. The draft is a starting point.
Stop talking about it. Test it.
Connect a few mailboxes for 14 days. Your rules, your filter, your journal. If it does not earn its place, switch it off.
